Automatic Payment Plan (APP) is not only the easiest way to pay, it’s also the most convenient and saves you from worrying about being late with your bill payment. With APP, you have the security of knowing that your bill will always be paid on time. That’s because the bank automatically pays it for you! Register or log in to your account today to sign up. You can also fill out this form and submit by mail.
If using your bank, be sure to use your electric account number and not the statement ID or member number.
Also, if you have multiple electric accounts, set up each separately.
Call our office 24 hours a day at 1-866-413-8157 to make an immediate payment via credit card, debit card, or check. (Be sure to have your account number ready.) We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card.
Note: If you are making a payment for service that was disconnected, you will need to contact the office during normal business hours and schedule a reconnect of the service.
We accept the traditional check or money order payments, as well as cash. (Please do not mail cash.)
During regular business hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) you may pay the cashier in the office lobby. After hours, a drop box is available at our office.
Note: There is a $26 processing fee for NSF (non-sufficient funds) checks returned to SCI REMC.

Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment (EBPP) allows you easy access to your utility bill and usage on the web and the ability to securely pay online from your debit or credit card. Register or login today to access/pay your bill, view your usage, and more! You will need your SCI account number and statement ID, both can be found on a recent SCI REMC bill.
Sign up today for paperless billing
Once enrolled, you will automatically receive an email each month with a link to your eBill at the same time of the month as you would normally receive your paper bill. Paperless billing will save you time and money if you choose to pay online and will save SCI REMC money on postage and printing.
To sign up for paperless billing on a computer, follow the below steps.

Step 2: On the "Home" page left section, choose Email/Password
Step 3: Choose "Paperless Options" and click the box next to "I understand that I have authorized the coop to communicate with me in the above manner" and click "Submit All."
To sign up for paperless billing through the SCI Connect App, follow the below steps.
Step 1: Download the SCI Connect up and log into your account.
Step 2: Choose "Account Details"
Step 2: Click on "Manage"
Step 3: Choose "Account Management"
Step 4: Choose "Paperless Options" and click the box next to "I understand that I have authorized the coop to communicate with me in the above manner" and click "Submit All."
TO SAVE EVEN MORE TIME PAYING BILLS EACH MONTH:
Sign up for Paperless Billing and our Automatic Payment Plan (APP). With the APP, you can have your REMC bill paid each month by an automatic draft from your checking or savings account or have the bill charged to your credit card. Simply fill out the Automatic Payment Plan form and return to SCI REMC to sign up for APP.
