A Note to Our Members
SCI REMC understands the importance of the critical services we provide to our members. We are focused on maintaining a healthy workforce and keeping our personnel available so that we can continue to provide the electric and fiber/internet service you expect from us.
Many of our members may face financial uncertainty due to the coronavirus pandemic. SCI REMC will do everything we can to help, including allowing extra time for payments. We encourage members to call the SCI REMC office if you are faced with financial hardship. We have suspended the disconnection of electric and fiber/internet services for non-payment. SCI REMC will continue to reevaluate as the coronavirus situation evolves, but urges members to keep their account in good standing to avoid large bills or disconnection when the disconnect suspension is removed.
We have a variety of tools in place for members to access electric and fiber/internet accounts remotely, including:
