NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE CHANGE IN BOUNDARY LINES

DUKE ENERGY INDIANA. LLC ("Duke Energy Indiana") and South Central Indiana Rural Electric Membership Corporation ("South Central Indiana REMC") hereby give notice that on March 25, 2021, a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval to modify service area boundaries between Duke Energy Indiana and South Central Indiana REMC associated with an area south of West Walcott Lane and east of Hartstrait Road in Bloomington, Indiana located on U.S.G.S. Facet Map L-22-1 in Monroe County, Indiana pursuant to Ind. Code§ 8-1-2.3-6.
