SCI REMC is Currently Experiencing Outages

SCI REMC crews, along with assisting REMCs and contractors, are continuing to restore power following the severe storms on August 11 and 12. Crews are currently addressing more than 185 separate outage locations and repairing extensive damage, including broken poles, downed lines, damaged equipment, and fallen trees.

Rebate Program

South Central Indiana REMC’s rebate program is designed to encourage members to purchase energy-efficient equipment. SCI REMC members are eligible for rebates when buying qualifying air-source heat pumps, or geothermal systems.
